Established in 2010, Honeyman and Smith provide services for Architecture, Interior Design, Site Finding, Furniture Design and Landscape Architecture consultation.
Work in the practice includes single residences, multi residential, commercial projects and cultural and civic installations.
Thomas Honeyman RIBA RAIA ARBV 20377
Thomas graduated from Westminster University in England with a Post Graduate Diploma of Architecture with Honours in 2009. His Major Project was published in Blueprint magazine as one of the top 50 design graduates in the United Kingdom as well as being nominated for an award for Sustainable Design from Make Architects in London. Since working at Arup Associates, he has been running Honeyman and Smith in Melbourne, Australia and in the United Kingdom as well as developing philosophy, research into new materials and implementation of projects within the offices. Thomas is a private tutor in Architecture and Design.
Sara Smith RAIA ARBV 18017
Sara graduated from RMIT University in Australia with a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours 1st Class in 2005. Sara then worked for Arup Associates where the exposure to a multi-disciplinary office provided the basis to her career. After her time at Arup, Sara began working at Foster + Partners where many opportunities enhanced her skills and knowledge. Participation with the development of Hotels, Offices and Multi-Residential buildings across all facets brought together her understanding of theory, technology, design and practice. Sara worked at Bates Smart and then Denton Corker Marshall before co-founding Honeyman and Smith.
